How to Use the AI Voice Creator 🎤

Want to work faster? Start creating invoices with your voice!  

1. Go to the More tab and activate the AI Voice Creator feature. 

2. Tap Ask AI. 

3. Tap the Microphone button. Allow Cubicon to access your microphone. 

4. Hold the Microphone button and speak your command to the AI Assistant: 
   1. state the task (e.g., “create new invoice”), 
   2. mention the client (e.g., “ABC Ltd”) 
   3. mention the item (e.g., “engineering services”) 
   4. mention the price and quantity (e.g., “38 hours at $30 per hour”)

Sample request: 

Please create an invoice for my client, ABC Ltd. 

I’ve just completed work for them - engineering services for 38 hours at $30 per hour.

5. Release the Microphone button once you're done. 

Good job - your invoice has been created!

6. With the AI Voice Creator, you can quickly create:
   1. new invoices 
   2. new estimates 
   3. new clients 
   4. new items
